Small plane is left wedged upright on the front lawn of a Long Island home after crashing with three people on board - and the only injury was a sprained FINGER!

A Cessna 172 aircraft with two passengers and one pilot on board crashed into the front lawn of a home in Long Island on Sunday. One of the two Korean passengers sprained a finger when the plane went down in the front yard of a residence located at 113 Clarendon Drive in Valley Stream. There were no injuries to anyone on the ground and no damage was done to the house. The plane had departed from Niagara Falls in Canada and first attempted to land at Republic Airport in Farmingdale before being redirected to JFK. The FAA has said it will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. The scene of the crash which occurred at 10.19pm is shown at left and right.
